FREE Back to School Resource Fair. The Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP) invites all Navy families with dependents (adult and children) with special medical, educational, developmental and /or emotional needs to attend this resource fair. A variety of resource providers will be available to help you prepare for the new school year.
