Team Focus provides a Specialized Adaptive Martial Arts program designed for individuals with autism, ADHD, neurodivergence, developmental disabilities and other special needs. Our inclusive, supportive approach adapts martial arts instruction to each participant’s abilities, helping build confidence, focus, coordination, communication, self-regulation, independence and meaningful social connections in a welcoming environment.
