Apps designed specifically for epilepsy can be powerful tools—and many are free. There are apps that log seizures, keep a journal, send medication reminders and more. All of these features can be beneficial to caregivers as well.
Calendar and notes apps on smartphones can also be used to log seizures and sort seizure information by day, month or year. Overall, phones and tablets are excellent ways to keep seizure information organized and easily accessible.
