A Better Life Together, Inc.

Provides individualized, customized supports and services with functional and meaningful activities relevant to a person’s age, preferences, and culture in natural environments. Offers day program services, independent living services and 1:1 supported living services either in the client’s home or in the community.

Assists parents with disabilities to learn primary care functions for their children, such as forming a parental bond, childcare, feeding, safety and emergency training, and support for doctor visits.

Adjoin Catalysts

Provides vocational counseling, job placement, community-living skills training, residential support and crisis intervention to individuals with disabilities.

Canine Companions for Independence

Community Interface Services

Helps individuals become integrated in the community and be self-sufficient. Services such as money management, meal planning/preparation, shopping, and accessing community resources are provided.

Living Independently is for Everyone

Assessment and day program for teens and adults with disabilities who want to be more involved in their community or enter the workforce. Services include independent living skills, hygiene, job readiness training and social skills training.

Adult home care services including respite, in-home and community support, companion care, behavioral support, nursing, chore assistance and more.

Pride Industries

Provides adults with disabilities who are ready, willing and able to work, the opportunity to find employment and independence through job placement and training under the supervision of PWI job coaches.
