Accessibility Mornings at the Fleet
On the third Saturday of every month, Fleet Science Center opens an hour early (9 am) so families with special needs can enjoy exhibit galleries in a quieter setting and a sensory-friendly documentary film screening (house lights on and lower volume). Eilte Taekwondo Academy

Salvation Army Ray & Joan Kroc Center
The Kroc Center has adaptive swimming lessons and other inclusion-based accommodations and adaptive classes on an as-needed basis. San Diego Children’s Discovery Museum
Sensory-Friendly Mornings are every Sunday from 9:30-11:30 am. Families with children who have sensory needs can explore over 20 hands-on exhibits and enjoy a welcoming and comfortable environment. Special Olympics San Diego

Therapeutic Recreation Services
This robust department of San Diego Parks & Recreation offers inclusive community outings, adaptive sports and recreation programs, and goal-oriented activities that foster social skills development and more for children and adults with any disability. Unified Esports League
Year-round program supports people of different abilities (ages 8+) who have a passion for video games and technology. Participants make friends, improve physical well-being, play on a team and learn about different aspects of gaming and technology.
